The website manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, creation, and publishing of content on the website as well as managing the day to day administrating of client accounts.
You will gain an in-depth understanding of the organisation’s CMS in order to provide support to clients. Training and support will be available to plug any skills gaps as listed below for the right candidate.

KEY TASKS
- Editorial skills to develop and manage an editorial calendar
- Collaborate with team of marketers and journalists on content
- Manage, write, post and edit a range of content including press releases, interviews, events and job listings
- Manage website administration; including creating user accounts and setting up company profiles for clients
- Have experience with multiple website CMSs and comfortable providing support to clients
- Advise co-workers and clients on the most effective methods for presenting content on the website
- Use web metrics and your knowledge of digital technology to maximise search rankings, optimise content, and analyse user engagement
- Ensure consistent brand messages across all channels
- Experience with managing a publishing platform / website, such as a business or personal blog
- Completing light administration work as needed to support the business
KEY SKILLS
- An interest in and Knowledge of Northern Ireland’s technology and business industries
- Experience with editing photos, in particular using Photoshop
- Experience with email marketing platforms, in particular using Mailchimp
- Proven time management, including working to inflexible deadlines, is a must
- Copyediting skills, knowledge of content management systems, experience with marketing, and/or a proven track record in news writing is a bonus
- Video/audio editing skills are highly desirable, but not essential
