    Your role in the team

     

    We are seeking a talented financial analyst to join the 360 Finance team, delivering meaningful reporting, analysis and processes for a Fortune 100 company. We work with talented individuals who come together as a team to support the organization. 360 Finance have a 360° overview of the Allstate business with access to the latest deep analytics tools and knowledge base for actionable insights. We harness the power of diversity and inclusion for innovation. We engage with leadership providing critical analytics, financial projections, and advice to drive business performance.

    As a Financial Analyst you will analyse financial results for key products, markets and initiatives. This position uses analysis to support creation of a compelling story lines to help deepen client insights. The successful candidate will work closely with the 360 Finance function in the USA.

     

     

    • Provide expense support, consultation, and influence for our business partners in helping them make the best business decision
    • Produce timely, accurate, and insightful Expense information (Reporting/Analysis/Plan/Forecast) that supports the best business decisions
    • Maintain and improve relationships with other key Expense Teams throughout the Organization
    • Expense Savings Initiative and Investments tracking and analysis
    • Working closely with management teams and key stakeholders in the organization.

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
    • A degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or similar discipline,
      • OR a degree in a non-finance related discipline but supported with a post-graduate qualification within a finance or accountancy related discipline
      • OR 2 years’ experience in a Finance/Accountancy role
    • Applicants must be willing and eligible to travel to the USA.

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Strong data skills: strong background in excel is a requirement and additional experience in other data sources (Power BI/Tableau) a plus
      • SAP experience
      • Expense data and reporting experience a plus, but can be taught
      • Candidate must be comfortable with running data, manipulating the data, and explaining it
      • A lot of time will be spent in excel
    • Ability to lead workstreams/create processes to model out complex formulas and ability to build out a streamline report with minimal oversight
