    Your role in the team

     

    The HR Analyst supports a team of HR professionals in a busy department, which provides a range of services to around 2,400 employees across our Belfast, Derry/Londonderry and Strabane offices.  The successful candidates will take on a range of key administration activities to aid in the smooth running of the department.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Providing assistance and information to employees on a wide range of HR matters
    • Managing the on-boarding and induction process for all new employees
    • Ownership of HR administration and personnel data management
    • Completing reference, visa letters and other documentation as required
    • Absence management administration
    • Management of the off-boarding process
    • Supporting other areas of the HR function with various projects and initiatives
    • Leading and supporting CSR initiatives
    • Coordination of the Work Experience Programme including school engagement activities
    • Providing support for training activities as delegated by HR colleagues
    • Any other duties associated with the HR department 

     

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
    • Completed a Human Resources or Business Studies degree
    • At least one year’s work experience. This can be either as part of a placement year or full-time industry experience after graduating from University
    • Driving license with access to transport as travel between sites may be required

     

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Associate member of CIPD or higher
    • Work experience within a HR function
