    Your role in the team

     

     

    The Contract Technician Associate will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of the Document Process Repository System (DPRS) and for supporting Contract Project Managers (CPMs) and Regional Contract Consultants (RCCs) in their projects.

     

    This entry level fixed term contract analyst role will learn the technician processes and work as a support on projects that include but are not limited to compliance and discretionary contract changes, research requests, data calls, and other small projects. Successful candidates will be involved in work for any/all Allstate Enterprise Companies.

     

    Contract length: 9 months fixed term contract, with the possibility to become permanent

     

     

    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

     

    • The candidate will be involved in some proof reading of contract material
    • Completing tasks within a prearranged time frame
    • Completing some research assignments
    • Making sure our repositories are up to date with the relevant forms

      

    The ideal person will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

     

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate
    • Organizational/time management and project management skills to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a timely manner and to monitor processes throughout a team or department; and
    • Works effectively in a team environment; and
    • Attention to detail

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
    • Achieved 2 A level passes or equivalent
    • Demonstrated Intermediate working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products and window-based applications, plus experience with Adobe Acrobat

    • Basic project management skills
    • Quality control and attention to detail
    • Works effectively in a team environment
    • Time management skills
