    What does the role look like for you?

    Technology and Digital Development is responsible for the development and delivery of a customer centric digital transformation programme across all areas of the Bank, with the aim of building first class digital customer experiences through maximising the use of existing digital capability and the successful integration of new and emerging third party technology solutions.

    Based with our Technology & Digital Development team, you willdirect, manage, and lead a skilled team in the development and the delivery of digital solutions for business customers, delivered directly through our bank channels or through our referral channels and partners.

    You will ultimately be responsible for the analysis, design and development of end-to-end processes for Danske Bank.

    Your skills:

    • Strong working knowledge of business & corporate banking
    • Experience in leading projects delivering digital solutions
    • Experience of leading & managing teams within an agile environment
    • Experience of stakeholder engagement up to and including Executive Leadership level
    • Strong influencing skills with experience of effectively collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders at a senior level

    How we work

    Our belief is that we are “Better when Together” and want to balance the benefits of teaming up in person with flexible working where possible. We will be supportive and flexible to your circumstances, so for roles that offer a hybrid option we ask colleagues to attend their base location a minimum of 3 days a week so they can connect, collaborate and learn together. The other 2 days can be worked either from home or another bank location. Some of our roles are customer facing which means that it’s really important to be able to work with customers face to face and hybrid working isn’t appropriate.
